By creating an account or using HomeView AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

HomeView AI lets you upload a photo of your home or yard, choose a design direction, and create an AI-generated visual concept for front-yard, backyard or patio, and exterior-paint ideas. You can save projects to your account and delete them.

HomeView AI is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account and purchase credits. We do not verify age, and we rely on you to confirm you meet this requirement. If we learn that an account was created by someone who is not eligible, we may remove it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your password confidential, and for activity that happens under your account. Contact us at support@homeviewapp.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

You keep ownership of the photographs you upload. By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own it or otherwise have the right and permission to upload it, and you give us permission to process and store it only as needed to provide the service to you — including sending it to our AI image provider to create your redesigned image.

Generated images are conceptual visualizations created by an AI model. They are not architectural, engineering, landscaping, construction, permitting, safety, code-compliance, property-value, or other professional advice, and they are not plans, cost estimates, or guarantees of completed work.

AI results may contain inaccuracies, distortions, or unrealistic elements, and may differ from what is achievable at your property. Always consult a qualified professional before making purchasing, construction, or permitting decisions.

• One credit currently creates one redesigned image.
• Credits are purchased as one-time credit packs. There is no subscription and no automatic recurring charge.
• If a generation fails, the credit reserved for that generation is restored to your balance.
• Credits have no cash value and are usable only within HomeView AI.

Credit purchases are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout page. Credits are added to your balance after Stripe confirms the payment. Purchases are one-time credit packs; there is no subscription. If HomeView AI is later offered through an app marketplace, purchases made there may be processed by that marketplace and handled under its payment, billing, and refund rules.

Except where required by law or by applicable payment-platform rules, purchases are generally non-refundable. If you believe there is a problem with a purchase, contact support@homeviewapp.com and we will review it.

You agree not to:

• Upload photos you do not have the right to use, or images of people intended to be altered or misrepresented.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, hateful, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Use the service to mislead others about a property, or to present generated images as real photographs or professional plans.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.
• Resell or redistribute the service or attempt to bypass credit requirements.

You keep the rights to the photographs you upload. Subject to these terms and to our AI provider’s terms, you may use the images generated from your own photos for your personal home-improvement planning. We make no representation about the legal status of AI-generated output beyond what our providers allow. The HomeView AI name, app, design, and software remain the property of HomeView AI and its operator.

The service is under active development. We may add, change, pause, or remove features, styles, categories, or credit packs, and the service may be unavailable at times for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that generated images will be accurate, realistic, achievable, or fit for any particular purpose, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, HomeView AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for decisions, purchases, or work you undertake based on a generated visual concept. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the three months before the claim.

You can delete a project from My Projects, which removes the project along with its uploaded photo and generated result. You can delete your entire account at any time from the Account page using Delete Account. Deletion is permanent: it removes your sign-in credentials, profile, projects, uploaded photos, generated images, and any remaining credit balance, which is not refundable. Records of past credit purchases may be retained for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes. The active link to your deleted account is removed, although a limited bookkeeping reference to the former account may be retained. You do not need to email support to delete your account, but you can contact support@homeviewapp.com if deletion does not work.

We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that misuse the service or violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
