• Email address and password used to create and access your account.
• Display name, if you choose to set or change one.
• Photographs of your home or yard that you upload for a project.
• Project selections, such as the category, style direction, and optional preferences you choose.

• Redesigned images generated from your uploaded photo and selections.
• Project and generation records, such as project title, category, style, status, timestamps, and whether a generation succeeded or failed.
• Credit records, such as credits added to your balance and credits used or restored by generations.
• Purchase records for credit packs, such as the pack purchased, credit amount, and purchase status.

Accounts are created with an email address and password. You provide your password directly to the authentication system that manages sign-in for the app, where it is stored in hashed form. HomeView AI does not have access to your plaintext password and cannot view it. Account emails, such as email confirmation and password reset messages, are sent through the email delivery service configured for the app.

Credit purchases are processed by Stripe. Payment card details are entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout page and are not collected or stored by HomeView AI. We receive purchase confirmation information needed to add credits to your balance.

• To create your account and let you sign in.
• To store your projects and show them to you in My Projects.
• To send your uploaded photo and your selected design direction to our AI image provider so a redesigned image can be created.
• To track your credit balance and process credit purchases.
• To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.

Uploaded photographs and generated results are stored in private storage and are associated with your account. The current product has no public gallery, and projects are not shared publicly by HomeView AI. Access rules are enforced so that project data is available to your authenticated account.

You can delete a project from My Projects, which removes the project and its associated uploaded photo and generated result. You can also delete your entire account yourself from the Account page using Delete Account. That removes your sign-in credentials, your profile, your projects, your uploaded photos, your generated images, and any remaining credit balance. Records of past credit purchases may be retained for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes. The active link to your deleted account is removed, although a limited bookkeeping reference to the former account may be retained. If deletion does not work or you have questions, you can contact us at support@homeviewapp.com, but you do not need to email us to delete your account.

HomeView AI does not include advertising pixels, ad networks, cross-site behavioral advertising, or third-party analytics or marketing trackers, and we do not allow third parties to collect your activity across unrelated websites or services through the app.

The app does use browser storage for functional purposes: your sign-in session is stored in your browser so you stay signed in, and a small amount of local storage holds interface preferences. Our hosting, authentication, payment, and AI providers process ordinary technical request information, such as IP address and browser details, in order to deliver and secure the service.

Because we do not perform cross-site behavioral tracking, the app does not currently take any additional action in response to a browser “Do Not Track” signal. If we add analytics or advertising technology in the future, we will update this policy first.

We rely on the following providers to operate HomeView AI:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and private file storage.
• OpenAI — AI image generation from your uploaded photo and selections.
• Stripe — payment processing for credit purchases.
• Lovable — application hosting and deployment infrastructure.
• Email delivery provider — sending account emails such as confirmation and password reset.

These providers process information on our behalf to provide the parts of the service they support, and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

We keep your account, project, credit, and purchase information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. We do not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion schedule to stored projects; you control deletion of your projects as described above.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including private storage buckets, access rules tied to your account, and payment handling by Stripe. No online service can be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your uploaded photographs for advertising.

HomeView AI is intended for adults and is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. If we learn that a child has created an account, we will remove it.

We may update this policy as the product changes. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
